Expanded perlite insulation products refer to heat insulation and refractory products made of perlite as the main component. Expanded perlite as aggregate, with a proper amount of cementing agent, after stirring, mixing, forming, drying, roasting or curing, it is refined made. The main products are expanded perlite board, expanded perlite brick and expanded perlite mortar.
Expanded perlite insulation products have small bulk density, good thermal insulation and stable chemical properties. Has Low hygroscopicity, fireproof, non-toxic and good sound absorption. Expanded perlite products are divided into cement bonded expanded perlite products, water glass bonded expanded perlite products, phosphate bonded expanded perlite products and asphalt bonded expanded perlite products. Expanded perlite insulations have low density, generally only 40-120kg/m3, and low fire resistance, generally 1280-1360鈩? The highest use temperature of products with different binders is different, which is usually below 1000鈩?
